  6.     There's a long beat, as Joseph tries to grapple with 
  7.     what his son is telling him.

  9.                     JOSEPH
  10.                 (more to himself) 
  11.             You couldn't have...

  13.                     SISKO 
  14.             Dad -- please! Who is she?
  15.  
  16.                     JOSEPH
  17.                 (sighing) 
  18.             I'm sorry, but I don't want to 
  19.             talk about it.
  20.  
  21.     Joseph gets up, tries to head upstairs. But Sisko 
  22.     blocks his path.
  23.  
  24.                     SISKO
  25.             Dad --
  26.  
  27.                     JOSEPH 
  28.             No!
  29.  
  30.     Joseph tries to get around Sisko, but Sisko grabs 
  31.     him by the shoulders and begins to shake him.
  32.  
  33.                     SISKO 
  34.             You have to tell me. I have to 
  35.             know who she is!
  36.  
  37.     Suddenly Sisko becomes aware of the fear in his 
  38.     father's eyes. Neither one of them can believe 
  39.     what's just happened between them. Sisko lets go of 
  40.     Joseph and sits down at a table, his back to his 
  41.     father. For a long beat, Joseph stares at his son's 
  42.     back.

  44.                     JOSEPH 
  45.             Her name was Sarah. I met her 
  46.             in June of '31.
  47.                 (a small smile at the
  48.                 memory)
  49.             It was in Jackson Square... she
  50.             was, without a doubt, the most
  51.             beautiful woman I'd ever seen.

  53.     Joseph moves around the table and sits in front of 
  54.     his son.
