  22.     Benny emerges from the Incredible Tales office 
  23.     building, still looking over Ritterhouse's drawing. 
  24.     As he begins to walk down the street, a sudden gust of 
  25.     September wind blows the paper out of his hand. 
  26.     Benny turns to chase it.

  28. 23   ON THE PAPER

  30.     as it flutters across the sidewalk.

  32. 24   ON BENNY

  34.     trotting after the elusive paper.

  38.     as it moves along until suddenly, a black brogan comes 
  39.     stomping down it, pinning it to the ground. WE TILT 
  40.     UP the leg to REVEAL a plainclothes police officer - 
  41.     BURT RYAN (Gul Dukat sans makeup). Beside him, is 
  42.     another plainclothes cop, KEVIN MULKAHEY (Weyoun, also 
  43.     in human form), leaning against an unmarked police car.

  47.     to include Benny as he approaches the two men. He 
  48.     immediately braces himself for a confrontation; he knows 
  49.     cops when he sees them. Both cops are staring long and 
  50.     hard at him, and there's nothing friendly in their eyes.
