  15.     WORF, DAX, O'BRIEN and BASHIR are gathered around the 
  16.     Ops table as KIRA and ODO ENTER from the captain's 
  17.     office. Her face is grim and she's carrying a PADD.

  19.                     KIRA 
  20.             It's confirmed. U.S.S. Honshu was 
  21.             destroyed this morning at ten-
  22.             thirty hours by an attack wing of 
  23.             Cardassian destroyers. Starfleet 
  24.             has picked up distress beacons 
  25.             from three escape pods and one 
  26.             shuttlecraft, so there are 
  27.             survivors.

  29.     Odo points to a STAR MAP on the Ops table display.

  31.                     ODO 
  32.             The signals are coming from this 
  33.             area. The Honshu's last reported 
  34.             position was here, which means 
  35.             there could potentially be 
  36.             survivors in any of these adjacent 
  37.             star systems.

  40.             That's a pretty large area. How 
  41.             many ships are in the search party?
