  12.             could do about it.

  14.             The war isn't over yet but as far 
  15.             as Dukat's concerned -- he's 
  16.             already won. I'd love to show him 
  17.             he's wrong.

  20.             I'm afraid -- for the time being 
  21.             at least -- he has won. Look at 
  22.             me -- I don't know why I bother 
  23.             to sit here every day. I don't 
  24.             even have a security force to 
  25.             patrol the Promenade.

  27.     This stops Kira in her tracks.

  31.             they reinstate your Bajoran 
  32.             deputies.
