  7. 96   INT. EMPOK NOR - STATION COMMANDER'S OFFICE

  9.     Moments later. O'Brien is pacing, his frustration and 
  10.     anger boiling over. Suddenly, we hear the forcefield 
  11.     FRITZ off and the doors to Ops open.
  12.  
  13. 96A  INT. EMPOK NOR - OPS 
  14.  
  15.     O'Brien steps into Ops and his eyes immediately settle 
  16.     on the game board Garak left behind. Something in him 
  17.     snaps, and he swings his rifle at the board, flinging 
  18.     it across the room -- the pieces scattering in every 
  19.     direction.
  20.  
  21.     After a beat, a familiar voice comes over the com:
  22.  
  23.                     GARAK'S COM VOICE 
  24.             It's your move, Chief. What are 
  25.             you going to do? Attack? 
  26.             Retreat? Surrender?
  27.  
  28.                     O'BRIEN
  29.             Garak, listen to me... the drug's 
  30.             affecting you. You have to fight 
  31.             it.
  32.  
  33.                                 INTERCUT AS NEEDED:

  35. 97   INT. EMPOK NOR - CORRIDOR

  37.     Garak has Nog bound.
  38.  
  39.                     GARAK
  40.             Fight it? But I'm enjoying 
  41.             myself. This is the most exciting 
  42.             game I've played in years.

  44.                     O'BRIEN
  45.             It's not a game!
  46.  
  47.                     GARAK 
  48.             Oh, but it is. And the best thing 
  49.             about it is that it brings out the 
  50.             player's true nature.
