  14.     central pot and gives it a spin.

  16.                     DAX (O.S.)
  17.             I risk eight strips, with a
  18.             purchase at six and a sale of ten.
  19.  
  20.     REVEAL DAX as she draws two oval cards from a deck and 
  21.     rolls a pair of dice. She looks up to discover the 
  22.     chair at the other end of the table is empty, her 
  23.     opponent's cards laid carelessly next to a small stack 
  24.     of latinum.

  26. 2    THE BAR

  28.     QUARK frowns in front of his monitor screen. He 
  29.     evaluates the display, feverishly punches calculations 
  30.     into his PADD, inputs the result into the system.
