  7.     it, we see the DATA CRYSTAL positioned between two 
  8.     diodes. She's wearing a hospital gown.

  10.     The Idanian is explaining everything to Sisko and 
  11.     Bashir. Odo has heard much of this story before and 
  12.     remains largely silent.
  13.  
  14.                     BASHIR 
  15.             The memory transfer will take a 
  16.             few minutes...
  17.  
  18.     Sisko looks down at Arissa, trying to make sense of it 
  19.     all.
  20.  
  21.                     SISKO
  22.             How long was she undercover?
  23.  
  24.                     IDANIAN #2 
  25.             She volunteered for the mission 
  26.             two years ago. After we altered 
  27.             her memories, we placed her on 
  28.             Finnea. She woke up the next 
  29.             morning believing she was a 
  30.             different person.

  35.             With no memory of her former life
  36.             as an intelligence agent...

  39.             That was crucial to the plan. 
  40.             Draim employs telepaths to scan 
  41.             everyone who works for him. It 
  42.             was the only way to get past them.

  44.     The Idanian is somewhat pleased with the cleverness of 
  45.     it all, and it's starting to get to Odo.

  47.                     IDANIAN #2 
  48.             We left her in place long enough 
  49.             to become a trusted member of 
  50.             Draim's organization. When we 
  51.             were ready to recall her, we had 
  52.             Tauvid make contact. We'd 
  53.             imprinted a trace memory in her 
  54.             mind designed to make her trust 
  55.             him. That way, she'd agree to 
  56.             meet.
