  12. 26   EXT. SPACE (OPTICAL) (STOCK)

  14.     The Runabout in orbit around Bajor.
  15.  
  16. 27   INT. CAVES
  17.  
  18.     Sisko and Kasidy move through a dark, sandstone-like 
  19.     cave. They each turn on their BEACON LIGHTS. Sisko 
  20.     checks his tricorder, before announcing:

  22.                     SISKO
  23.             This way.
  24.  
  25.     Kasidy follows him, disappearing into the darkness of 
  26.     one of the cave passageways.
  27.  
  28. 28   ANOTHER SECTION OF THE CAVES
  29.  
  30.     Sisko continues to lead Kasidy through the treacherous 
  31.     terrain, their light beacons illuminating the way.
  32.  
  33.                     KASIDY
  34.             We must be two hundred meters 
  35.             underground. I don't want to be 
  36.             negative, Ben... but this doesn't 
  37.             look like a lost city to me.
  38.  
  39.     Clearly, Sisko has filled her in on the unusual 
  40.     circumstances that have driven them here. She's not 
  41.     sure what to make of it all, but for now, she's going 
  42.     along.

  44.                     SISKO
  45.             What you're looking at is twenty 
  46.             thousand years worth of sediment. 
  47.                 (continuing his trek)
  48.             Stay close and watch your step. 
  49.             We're not far from --
  50.  
  51.     Suddenly, Sisko stops -- his head throbbing with an 
  52.     excruciating pain. He leans against the cave wall for 
  53.     support. Kasidy rushes up to him.

  56.             What's the matter?
