  22.             fighting against order... against 
  23.             stability... against the rule of law, 
  24.             and that must stop.

  26.     Odo sits back, studies Thrax for a moment... finds 
  27.     something disquieting in his arguments.

  52.     leans closer to Odo and studies him calmly.
