  14.     frustration.

  17.             That would be treason.

  20.             Since when is it treasonous to act 
  21.             in the best interests of the Empire?

  23.     Martok has no answer for that.

  26.             How long have you suspected?

  30.     As he realizes he can't deny his true feelings any longer.

  37.     This admission removes a great weight from Martok's 
  38.     shoulders. Now that he's voiced his suspicions, it all 
  39.     comes easier.

  43.             And it is no secret that we have 
  44.             not always agreed on the way he 
  45.             runs the Empire. He is a 
  46.             politician... too eager to 
  47.             compromise...

  49.             To talk. Last year, he stopped 
  50.             the attack on Deep Space Nine 
  51.             instead of going to war with the 
  52.             Federation.

  54.     Martok stalks the cell like a caged tiger. He's wanted 
  55.     to say what he's saying for a long time, and now he's 
  56.     energized by his confession.
