  18.             true. Loval is also a weapons
  19.             research installation... which is
  20.             supposed to be a closely guarded
  21.             secret. But considering the
  22.             targets the Klingons have hit so
  23.             far, I think we may have
  24.             underestimated their intelligence
  25.             network.
