  17.     Odo takes a hard look at Leyton, then EXITS.

  19.                     LEYTON
  20.             Mind if I get some coffee?

  22.                     SISKO
  23.             Help yourself.

  25.     Leyton goes and pours himself a cup.
  26.  
  27.                     LEYTON
  28.             I haven't been getting a lot of
  29.             sleep lately. Too much to do.
  30.  
  31.                     SISKO
  32.                 (pointedly)
  33.             Maybe you need a vacation.
  34.  
  35.     Leyton looks over at Sisko and smiles. He knows what
  36.     Sisko's implying, but he doesn't take the bait.

  38.                     LEYTON
  39.                 (sips the coffee)
  40.             Mmm. Somehow replicated coffee
  41.             never tastes this good.

  43.     Leyton comes over and takes a seat across from Sisko.

  45.                     LEYTON
  46.             I'm afraid I owe you an apology,
  47.             Ben.

  49.                     SISKO
  50.                 (softly)
  51.             The way I see it, you owe a lot of
  52.             people an apology.
  53.  
  54.     Sisko's quiet tone belies his disappointment at Leyton.
  55.     Leyton's response is equally controlled. These are two
  56.     professional soldiers with an enormous amount of
  57.     respect for each other and they're both determined to
  58.     keep their emotions in check.
