  13.     Lenara walks away. Bejal watches her go, feeling a  
  14.     little guilty about accusing his sister of something 
  15.     that wasn't true...

  17.                                     CUT TO:

  19. 37   INT. DAX'S QUARTERS 
  20.  
  21.     Dax is sitting on a couch reading a PADD. She's in her 
  22.     civilian clothes. The door CHIMES.
  23.  
  24.                     DAX
  25.             Come in.
  26.  
  27.     Lenara comes in. She's clearly a little upset about 
  28.     something.
  29.  
  30.                     DAX
  31.             What's wrong?
  32.  
  33.     Lenara takes a deep breath, paces a bit... tries to 
  34.     sort out her feelings.

  37.                     LENARA 
  38.             I just had an unpleasant  
  39.             conversation with my brother.
  40.                 (beat)  
  41.             He thinks there's something going  
  42.             on between us.
  43.  
  44.                     DAX
  45.             Oh.
  46.                 (beat)  
  47.             What'd you tell him?

  49.                     LENARA  
  50.             I told him that was ridiculous...  
  51.             that you and I are just friends  
  52.             and of course there's nothing  
  53.             going on.

  55.                     DAX
  56.             Well, then that should settle it.

  58.     But Lenara still looks troubled, moves to the window 
  59.     and looks out. Dax puts aside her feelings for the 
  60.     moment, stays on the couch.
