  6.     From out of the forward deflector dish, a CONE OF 
  7.     ENERGY suddenly leaps out toward space.

  9. 30   INT. DEFIANT - BRIDGE (OPTICAL)

  11.     As before.  On the viewscreen, we see the energy beam 
  12.     from the Defiant go out to a certain point in space, 
  13.     where it terminates in a ROILING RED EFFECT.

  17.             Activate the drone.

  19.                     DAX
  20.                 (off console)
  21.             The drone is sending out the
  22.             magneton pulse...
  23.                 (beat)
  24.             It's reached the matrix...

  26.                     PREN 
  27.             I'm picking up a subspace 
  28.             distortion...
  29.  
  30.                     BEJAL
  31.                 (excited) 
  32.             The distortion is becoming 
  33.             coherent... it's working!

  37.             The magneton pulse is causing a 
  38.             feedback loop... it'll destroy the 
  39.             drone in a few seconds.

  46.     The effect changes from a randomly fluctuating sea of 
  47.     energy into a NEW WORMHOLE ENTRANCE (which should look 
  48.     very different from our standard wormhole effect).
