  8.     very close to the mark here.  After a beat, Garak gets up 
  9.     and changes tacks.  He keeps his voice musing and even.

  20.     Garak turns back to Odo, seems to appraise him with a mixture 
  21.     of detached amusement and cogent analysis.

  24.             It's been my observation that you 
  25.             act solely out of a sense of 
  26.             justice... or at least what you 
  27.             consider justice.  There's no feeling 
  28.             behind what you do, no emotion beyond 
  29.             a distaste for loose ends and 
  30.             disorder.

  37.             just interesting creatures to you...
