  11.     where ODO, O'BRIEN, and an N.D. TECHNICIAN are sifting through 
  12.     the rubble as SISKO ENTERS.  SECURITY OFFICERS stand outside 
  13.     in the Promenade, keeping the curious away.  The fires are 
  14.     no longer burning, and the smoke has cleared away.  O'Brien 
  15.     is scanning a blasted open portion of a wall panel that seems 
  16.     to be the locus of the explosion.

  18.                     SISKO
  19.             Report.

  21.                     O'BRIEN
  22.                 (indicating blast)
  23.             The explosion was caused by a rupture 
  24.             in the power conduit behind this 
  25.             wall.
  26.  
  27.                     SISKO
  28.             What caused the rupture?

  30.                     O'BRIEN
  31.             Probably an overload in the ODN 
  32.             juncture.

  34.     Odo gives a small harumph as he continues to scan the rubble.

  37.             I take it you don't agree.

  40.             Let's just say I find it odd that a 
  41.             conduit running behind Garak's shop 
  42.             would "happen" to overload.

  45.             So you think someone ruptured it 
  46.             deliberately.

  49.             I wouldn't be surprised.  It stands 
  50.             to reason that a man with Garak's 
  51.             past would have enemies.
