  6.     The sight of the Jem'Hadar boy draws more than a few looks 
  7.     as they go through the crowd and the Teenager picks up on 
  8.     it.
  9.  
  10.                     TEENAGER
  11.             Everyone keeps looking at me... 
  12.             they're afraid of me.
  13.  
  14.                     ODO
  15.             They're mostly curious... but they're 
  16.             also afraid.
  17.  
  18.                     TEENAGER
  19.                 (casual)
  20.             They should be... I could kill any 
  21.             of them.
  22.  
  23.     Odo stops and confronts him.
  24.  
  25.                     ODO
  26.                 (challenging)
  27.             Is that all you can think about?  
  28.             Killing?  Isn't there anything else 
  29.             that you care about?
  30.  
  31.     When confronted by Odo, the boy suddenly pulls back in fear 
  32.     and is forced to re-evaluate himself.
  33.  
  34.                     TEENAGER
  35.             I... I don't think so.
  36.  
  37.                     ODO
  38.                 (impassioned)
  39.             But there's so much more to life 
  40.             than that... there's so much for you 
  41.             to discover... to experience...
  42.  
  43.                     TEENAGER
  44.             Maybe there is for you... and maybe 
  45.             there is for all these other people... 
  46.             but for me...

  48.     The boy is clearly still not convinced that Odo's words are 
  49.     true for him as well.  Odo looks at the boy with a growing 
  50.     sense of disappointment... has he made any progresss at all?
  51.
