  14. 3    EXT. SPACE  (OPTICAL)

  16.     The Runabout alters course and moves away.

  18. 4    INT. KOBLIAD TRANSPORT - CORRIDOR (OPTICAL)

  20.     A smoke-filled hallway... a Kobliad woman (KAJADA) dressed 
  21.     in a military type uniform is unconscious on the floor... 
  22.     she's burned slightly... Bashir and Kira BEAM IN.  They 
  23.     immediately feel the effect of falling life support... hard 
  24.     to breathe... They take tricorder readings.
  25.  
  26.                     BASHIR
  27.             O-2 pressure dropping rapidly... 
  28.             toxic gas levels rising... we have 
  29.             no more than ten minutes breathing 
  30.             time left in here...

  32.                     KIRA
  33.             Automatic fire suppression must be 
  34.             off-line.  I'll check the central 
  35.             power linkage...

  37.     She moves through the corridor and EXITS... Bashir moves to 
  38.     Kajada... examines her with his tricorder... she moves with 
  39.     a start at his touch...

  41.                     BASHIR
  42.             Relax.  I'm a doctor...

  44.     He shoots Kajada with a hypospray from his medkit.  Kajada 
  45.     slowly comes around.
