  7. using this software. Use of this software indicates your acceptance of
  8. these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use
  9. the software.

  13. You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of the software
  14. for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
  15. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  16. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  17. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  18. form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

  20. You may charge a nominal fee for distribution of the software. The
  21. recipient of Directory Master must be informed in advance, that the
  22. fee paid to acquire Directory Master does not relieve the recipient
  23. from purchasing and registering Directory Master if the recipient
  24. continues to use Directory Master after the trial period. You are
  25. specifically prohibited from distributing the software and/or
  26. documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without
  27. prior written permission.

  29. Unregistered use of Directory Master after the 30-day evaluation period
  30. is in violation of federal copyright laws.

  32. Evaluation and Registration

  34. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this software
  35. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you
  36. use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee
  37. of $25 is required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank,

  44. One registered copy of Directory Master may be dedicated to a single
  45. person who uses the software on one or more computers or to a single
  46. workstation used by multiple people.

  48. You may access the registered version of Directory Master through a
  49. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  50. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  51. through the network.

  53. Disclaimer of Warranty

  55. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAMS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY 
  56. APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT 
  57. HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAMS "AS IS" WITHOUT 
  58. WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
  59. LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
