  3. Welcome to the world of security.  To install this program, from 
  4. the menu, choose File/Run and type A:Setup or B:Setup, which ever 
  5. the case.  Then exicute Cryptographer to configure the program.

  7. PERCNT.VBX and DFINFO1.VBX were written by James Sheilds of Mabry 
  8. Software.

  10. CMDIALOG.VBX, SETUP.EXE, SETUPKIT.DLL, and VER.DLL were 
  11. copyrighted by the MicroSoft Corporation,
  12.  
  13. Both companies give their permission to distribute these files
  14. with any program written with Visual Basic.

  16. Neither of these Companies can be held responsible for any loss 
  17. due to the use of Cryptographer or the controls supplied with this
  18. program.

  20. Cryptographer 3.5 requires the file VBRUN300.DLL to be in your 
  21. Windows System directory.  Since this is the BBS version of 
  22. Cryptographer, you must also download that file, and if you 
  23. distribute this to your friends, please include that file.

  25. VBRUN300.DLL was not included to conserve on ZIP file size incase 
  26. you already have it.
