  14. *** QUICK INSTALLATION ***

  16. ConfgMgr is distributed on BBS systems without VBRUN300.DLL for
  17. faster downloads.  
  18.  
  19. 1) Download VBRUN300.DLL and place in your path (or in the directory
  20. with ConfgMgr.
  21.  
  22. 2) Copy ConfgMgr.EXE to any directory on your hard disk.  A directory
  23. containing other utilities is probably a good choice.
  24.  
  25. 3) Double click on CONFGMGR.EXE in the File Manager.
  26.  
  27. That's all there is to installing ConfgMgr.  
  28.  
  29. Remember that while ConfgMgr is active, online help is always
  30. available by pressing the Help button.

  34. This program requires Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups and 
  35. VBRUN300.DLL
