  18. CDWRITER is a rock solid program that will allow users to cut
  19. multi-session CD ROMs in the ISO9660 format from a list of files
  20. and/or path names.  This program can write compact disks directly,
  21. or via an intermediate image file.  This intermediate image
  22. file can be used over and over.  The system requirements for running
  23. CDWRITER are an 486 IBM PC or 100% compatible, Windows 3.1, and a
  24. Kodak or Phillips CD Writer.  The amount of free disk space required
  25. depends on whether an intermediate image file is used.  If an
  26. intermediate image file is used, up to 650MB of disk space could
  27. be required for an entire CD.  When writing directly to the CD
  28. only a couple of MB of disk space are required. The PC must be
  29. fast enough to maintain a 300kb data transfer rate both to the
  30. CD Writer and from the disk drive at the same time.
