  23. You are licensed to use ObjectMate 2.6 for an evalution period 
  24. of 30 days free of charge. During this period you may use any 
  25. of the ObjectMate files in your application development but 
  26. you may not distribute any applications with the dynamic link 
  27. library SFX200.DLL. If after 30 days you choose not to register 
  28. ObjectMate you must discontinue its use.

  33. Upon registration you are entitled to use ObejctMate in your 
  34. application development and to distribute any number of 
  35. applications with the dynamic link library SFX200.DLL.

  40. A shareware license entitles the user to develop and distribute 
  41. any number of shareware applications with the dynamic link 
  42. library SFX200.DLL.

  48. distribute and number of commercial applications with the 
  49. dynamic link library SFX200.DLL.

  52. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

  54. Microworks is not responsible for any problems or damage caused 
  55. by the use of the licensed software. This includes, but is not 
  56. limited to, computer hardware, computer software, operating

  58. user agrees not to hold Microworks responsible for any problems 
  59. arising from the use of this software.

  62. SHAREWARE DISK VENDORS.

  64. Shareware disk vendors may not charge a fee for ObjectMate but 
  65. may include the ObjectMate program files on a diskette for a 
  66. nominal distribution fee. The purchaser of the diskette must be 
  67. informed in advance that the fee paid for the diskette does 
  68. not  relieve the purchaser from paying the required 
  69. registration fee if the purchaser continues to use the program.
