  1. This is an experiment in off-beat job-hunting techniques.

  3. What sort of software development opportunities are out there?  I'm
  4. looking for a change from the academic life.  I'm willing to relocate.
  5. I have familiarity with programming and system administration in a
  6. UNIX-based environment, know about configuration control, and have
  7. taught and am teaching courses in several areas including operating
  8. systems, programming languages, and software engineering.  More
  9. information (and a formal resume listing degrees too numerous to
  10. mention here) is available upon request.
