  21.   must have written authorization from Computer Witchcraft, Inc., without which, 
  22.   the distributor is guilty of copyright violation.  To receive such authorization,
  23.   send this completed application, along with a copy of your software library's order 
  24.   form to the above address (FAX is acceptable).

  32.          TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF WinNET MAIL (TM):

  34.          1. Your library's catalog or listing must state that this program 
  35.             is not free, but is copyrighted software that is provided to allow 
  36.             the user to evaluate it before paying.

  38.         2.  The offering and sale of WinNET Mail (TM) will be stopped at 
  39.             any time Computer Witchcraft, Inc., so requests.

  41.         3.  Copies must be made from the copy of WinNET Mail (TM) sent to you when 
  42.             this agreement is concluded.  This is required for control purposes.  
  43.             Your copies for distribution must include the ENTIRE Computer Witchcraft, Inc., 
  44.             distribution. No files may be altered or removed.  Information can be added that 
  45.             might facilitate connecting with other UUCP services but in no case can changes 
  46.             be made to bypass the requirement to register WinNET with Computer Witchcraft, Inc.,
  47.             or can changes be made to the registered version to allow unauthorized use.
