  8. For those who do not have local access to Usenet, UNC Chapel Hill offers
  9. a full system open to everyone.  To access, telnet bbs.oit.unc.edu and
  10. log on as bbs.  You are even allowed to register so that you may post
  11. to Usenet.  Personally, I find it very informative.  I hope many of you
  12. will try it out.
