  6.   HS/Link version 1.21 is a maintenance release which is fully compatible
  7.   with release 1.20.  Most users do NOT need to upgrade from version 1.20.
  8.  
  9.   Some modems are known to occasionally go "dead" during a connection.  When
  10.   this happens, HS/link will soon decide that the link has failed and will
  11.   abort the transfer.  Since one of the modems in the connection is now
  12.   "dead", it is possible for HS/link to wait indefinitely for a go-ahead (CTS
  13.   signal) from the modem to send the final abort sequence.  Version 1.21 adds
  14.   logic to disregard the CTS flow control signal under these circumstances,
  15.   allowing HSLINK to exit to DOS rather than continuing to wait for the
  16.   modem to disconnect.
