  18.        This file contains information regarding the posting of the
  19.        GoCIS package, version 1.01, on Bulletin Board Systems.

  34.        As the exclusive copyright holder for GoCIS, Logix Systems
  35.        authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with the
  36.        following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors should
  37.        refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for complete license
  38.        information.

  41.               The GoCIS package - including all related program
  42.               files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  43.               way (other than that mentioned in the following
  44.               paragraph) and must be distributed as a complete package,
  45.               without exception.

  48.               Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  49.               (advertisement) to each archived file. This text file
  50.               describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  51.               downloaded from that particular BBS. Other BBSs add a
  52.               small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  53.               number into the compressed file, which will display when
  54.               the file is uncompressed. Either of these methods of
  55.               mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  56.               provided the program and documentation is unmodified and
  57.               complete.

  60.               Logix Systems prohibits the distribution of outdated
  61.               versions of the GoCIS package, without written permission
  62.               from Logix Systems. If the version you have obtained is
  63.               over twelve (12) months old, please contact us to ensure
  64.               that you have the most current version.

  66.               Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  67.               decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  68.               transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  69.               agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  70.               immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  73.               U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  74.               disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  75.               software and documentation in this package shall be
  76.               subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial
  77.               computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
  78.               of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
  79.               clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).
