  1. This disk contains various files relating to Starbase One, and
  2. comms in general.

  4. WECJ.EXE  Is a windows JPEG Image viewer. Run it to install it.
  5.           You may want to give this an icon on your desktop,
  6.           by finding it in File Manager, and dragging it
  7.  
  8. LIST.COM  Is an uncompressed text viewer. I suggest you copy it to C:\DOS
  9.  
  10. MLINK09A  Is a neat windows comms program. Run it to install it.
  11.           You may want to give this an icon on your desktop,
  12.           by finding it in File Manager, and dragging it
  13.  
  14. PKUNZIP   Will uncompress .ZIP files for you. (Its not cmpressed itself)
  15.           This is also useful enough to warrant copying to your \DOS
  16.           directory.

  18. POW10     Is a QWK offline message reader, for use with BBS systems.
  19.  
  20. STARBHLP  Is a Windows Help file describing how to use Starbse One,
  21.           and comms in general. You may want to give this an icon on
  22.           your desktop, by finding it in File Manager, and dragging it
  23.           to a program manager group.
  24.  
  25. MEGALIST  will uncompress to a text file listing the files available on
  26.           Starbase One BBS.
