  1.          BesThes is a shareware software copyrighted (1994/95) by Noah
  2.          Nissani, who retains all the rights therein.

  4.          BesThes' non-registered copies are provided at no cost to the
  5.          user for his appraisal.  Feel free to share it with your
  6.          friends, but you must give it away unaltered, with all the files
  7.          of the BesThes package intact. The license to use a
  8.          non-registered copy is limited to a reasonable trial period.
  9.          Using BesThes beyond this reasonable trial period requires a
  10.          registration fee.

  12.          Distribution of non-registered copies by BBSs, CD-ROMs, disk
  13.          vendors, and user groups is free, as well as distribution to
  14.          BBSs, disk vendors, and users groups, subject to ASP guide lines
  15.          of "full disclosure". The price demanded for an unregistered
  16.          copy of BESTHES to final users must not exceed US$10.
