  5. Changed file names to bring them under the
  6. 14 character limit some inferior operating systems are still saddled
  7. with, and reposted as shar files because some inferior operating
  8. systems don't have the necessary tools to deal with uuencoded compressed
  9. tar files. The net can thank Rich Salz and his makekit package for the
  10. latter concession to antiquity.

  12. Modified unspool to dump anything after a line containing "---" as 
  13. signature, in addition to the standard "^-- $" signature tag.

  15. Added logging to rmby{addr,alias} so accidental removals can be undone.

  17. Changed the Makefile to make the perl scripts executable when a "make all"
  18. is done. This is necessary since the package is now being distributed as
  19. shar files.
