- from Granny's Old-Fashioned Software
-
- To get started using LQ first make a backup copy of this disk,
- then print the LQ manual. The manual has about 30 pages and can
- be printed in its entirety by entering
- A> PRINTMAN
- To skip the first 4 pages and print the rest of the manual, type
- A> PRINTMAN 4
-
- The LQ files you will need on a work disk are:
- LQ.COM
- *.SET (all character sets)
- If you have a printer which is not Epson-compatible, you will also
- need the appropriate LQP file (see the manual).
- Finally, if you want to edit your own character sets you will want
- to copy the file
- EDCHAR.COM
- You can move LQ.COM and all character sets to the formatted disk
- (e.g.) in drive B by typing
- A> WORKDISK B:
