- USER PAGING
-
- It is often necessary when preparing a document to skip a page or to
- force a page to have a certain number. It is also necessary to be
- able to force a new page to begin at a specific point in your text.
- In PC-TYPE+, all of these functions are performed with the User Paging
- Special Line which you may place in your text by pressing AltP (or
- F8-F7-F2). The User Paging line, like all Special Lines in PC-TYPE+
- may not be modified by typing on it. It may be moved, copied and
- deleted, but not typed over.
-
- When you place a User Page line in your text, a new page will begin
- immediately following the User Page line. If you specify a particular
- page number or request to skip a certain number of pages, this number
- applies to the new page which you are forcing to appear.
