  1.             DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

  3. The purchaser of this registered copy of CD Audio is granted license
  4. to use the CD Audio software on any one computer at any one time. The
  5. software may be used by any number of people and may be freely moved
  6. from one computer location to another, so long as there is no
  7. possibility of its being used in two different locations at the same
  8. time. A registered copy of CD Audio is like a book, which cannot be
  9. read by two different people at the same time.

  11. Users of CD Audio must accept the following disclaimer of warranty:
  12.     "CD Audio is supplied as is. The author disclaims all
  13.     warranties, expressed or implied, including, without
  14.     limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of
  15.     fitness for any purpose.  The author assumes no liability
  16.     for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from
  17.     the use of CD Audio."
