  41. shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of up to
  42. 120 days past the date of Original Purchase by the Original End User. During
  43. this 120 day period, We will Replace any discs found to be defective At No
  44. Charge, so long as the Disc is returned to PC INFO SYSTEMS, Postage prepaid,
  45. along with acceptable proof of Original Purchase to the Original End User.
  46. If PC INFO SYSTEMS cannot supply a non-defective disc, then your sole remedy
  47. shall be the refund of your Verifiable purchase price.
