  7. When you attempt to mount a DoubleSpace compressed floppy disk, you
  8. receive the following error if the disk is write protected

  10.    DoubleSpace cannot mount drive x because the file x:\DBLSPACE.000
  11.    is not a valid compressed volume file.

  18. To work around this problem, remove the write protection for the
  19. floppy disk.

  23. You can mount a floppy disk by running DoubleSpace or you can mount
  24. the floppy disk with the MS-DOS DBLSPACE /MOUNT command. For example,
  25. type the following command at the MS-DOS command prompt and press
  26. ENTER if your floppy disk drive is drive A:

  28.    dblspace /mount a:
  29.  
  30. For more information on DoubleSpace, type "help dblspace" (without the
  31. quotation marks) at the MS-DOS command prompt and press ENTER.
