  10. Summary:

  12. If you try to install DoubleSpace while running a version of
  13. SMARTDrive from a version of MS-DOS earlier than 6.0, the following
  14. dialog box appears:
  15.  
  16.    Your computer might be running software that is incompatible with
  17.    DoubleSpace.
  18.  
  19.    CAUTION: If you run DoubleSpace now, you could lose some or all of
  20.    the files on your computer.
  21.  
  22.    Do not continue DoubleSpace until you have read the README.TXT
  23.    file.

  25. To install DoubleSpace and avoid this error message, make sure you are
  26. loading MS-DOS 6.0 SMARTDrive. The SMARTDrive command line in
  27. AUTOEXEC.BAT should look similar to the following:
