  402.                Peripheral  support  is  provided  by the combination of FASST
  403.                software  and  optional  extra   cost   application   software
  404.                packages.    The  basic  rule  is that FASST supports what the
  405.                operating system supports,  and application packages  make  up
  406.                for the deficiencies in the operating systems (i.e. tape under
  407.                DOS).    Please refer to Section 8.0, Operating System Support,
  408.                for exact details.
