  4. an EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM to you at a very SPECIAL PRICE OF $129.95, far
  5. below that of other extended warranty programs in the computer industry.
  6. For just 36 cents a day you will receive for one additional year the same
  7. support, service and benefits you enjoy in the first year under your IOMEGA
  8. Limited Warranty.  (U.S. & Canada).

  11. The 1-year EXTENDED WARRANTY pricing is $129.95 (U.S. currency). The warranty
  12. card (completely filled out), a check for $129.95 and a proof of purchase
