  5. This option allows you to step outside of the program,
  6. temporarily,  and to use any of the  operating  system
  7. built-in commands - such as DIR, COPY or SORT. You can
  8. even  start  another  program,  provided that there is
  9. enough memory in your computer to allow it.           
  10.                                                       
  11. DEMON.EXE will actually load a second copy of DOS as a
  12. "child process",  enabling  you to  perform any of the
  13. tasks you would normally do from the  operating system
  14. command line prompt. This program will stay in memory,
  15. however,  and you can  return to it at any time,  just
  16. by entering the command 'EXIT'.
