  11.         *.BMP        Bitmap files that modify the appearance of the WinWord Toolbar.
  12.         8514.tb8    Custom toolbar for 8514 mode
  13.         VGA.tbv        Custom toolbar for VGA mode
  14.         HCP.PIF        The .PIF file that runs HCP in an iconized Window.
  15.         IMPPICT.EXE    A Visual Basic application that browse your hard disk for
  16.                 bitmaps to be included in your help files.

  27.         This is the Windows help compiler. If you don't have a copy, you can get it
  28.         in Lib 16 of the WINSDK forum.

  32.         This is the Hotspot Editor for Windows help files. If you don't have a copy,
  33.         you can get it in Lib 16 of the WINSDK forum.

  35. Getting Started:
  36.  
  37.         1.    Create a directory in which you will make help files
  38.         2.    Copy HELP.HLP and HCP.PIF to same
  39.         3.    Copy HELP.DOT into the directory where WinWord looks for templates.
  40.         4.    Copy the .BMP and .TB? files into the directory where WinWord resides.
  41.         5.    Start the FileManager and double-click on HELP.HLP. Browse the help section
  42.             on "Getting started..." 
  43.         6.    Once you have made the necessary modification to WIN.INI (so that the toolbar
  44.             bitmaps will be loaded), you can start WinWord and start a template based on 
  45.             HELP.DOT
