  4.      SysRes.exe is a Windows(TM) 3.0/3.1 application that measures
  5. Memory usage and CPU usage in a graphical and text format.  The 
  6. graph is scalable to any size, and lets the user know how heavy he 
  7. or she is taxing the CPU at just a glance.  This allows the user to 
  8. optimize his or her system for maximum efficiency.

  17. UnZip SysRes into the Directory of your Choice.  If you have Windows 3.1,
  18. put SysRes in your StartUp Group.  For Windows 3.1 designate the "Working
  19. Directory" to the directory where SysRes is located.

  21. VBrun100.DLL is required to allow SysRes to Run.  VBrun100.DLL is availible
  22. from CompuServe or your local BBS.  Make sure VBrun100 is installed 
  23. according to its instructions, or in your windows directory.

  26.             USE OF EB-Software PROGRAMS

  28.      The EB-Software series of programs must be licensed for use
  29. within a home, business, corporation, or organization, including
  30. government  agencies and educational institutions.

  32.      Shareware distributors may distribute the software without
  33. permission EB-Software.  However, all files must remain intact, 
  34. unmodified, and contain all documentation files.  A reasonable 
  35. disk copying or preparation fee may be charged.  Buyers must be

  114.         What is Runner?  Runner is a Program that allows you to limit
  115. the number of users that can access a Windows application from a Network.
  116. For example, if you have 3 legal copies of Excel for Windows, you 
  117. can put it on your Network for everyone in your office to access.  This 
  118. is legal if you can insure that not more that 3 users are accessing the 
  119. application at the same time.  
  120.  
  121.         That is where Runner comes in.  Runner Setup program renames the 
  122. Executable to an unrecognizable name, then renames Runner.Exe to replace 
  123. the original .Exe.  Runner then keeps track of how many users are logged
  124. into the application.  If more users try to access the application than are
  125. allowed, Runner asks if the users want to be put in a que.  If the user
  126. chooses to be put in the que, runner will minimize itself and wait its
  127. turn.  When the application is free runner will automatically activate it.
