  5. More Control allows you to quickly and easily access many of those
  6. settings in WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI that Microsoft did not see fit to
  7. include in the Control Panel dialogs.  Easily change the colors used
  8. by the Windows help engine in displaying hypertext, the alignment of 
  9. drop down menus, the vertical spacing between icons, the font used to 
  10. display icon titles plus many other settings.

  12. More Control is accessed through the Control Panel just like all the
  13. other Control Panel dialogs.  To install More Control, simply copy the
  14. files morecon.cpl and mcspin.dll to your Windows system directory.  Copy
  15. the file morecon.hlp to your Windows directory if you wish to have online
  16. help.  From now on, when you run the Control Panel, you will have an 
  17. additional icon in the Control Panel window labeled More Control which
  18. will allow you to access the program.  To uninstall More Control simply
  19. delete the files mentioned above.

  21. No fee is being charged for use of More Control.  It is being provided
  22. free of charge by Sloop Software.  All we ask is you check out our 
  23. shareware program, Sloop Manager.  Sloop Manager is a full-featured
  24. replacement for Program Manager.  It adds all those features Program 
  25. Manager should have had.

  27. Note that while no fee is charged for the use of More Control, Sloop
  28. Software retains all rights to the program.  The program may be freely
  29. distributed as long as no fee is charged for the program itself.  Be sure
  30. the files morecon.cpl, morecon.hlp, morecon.txt and mcspin.dll are
  31. included.  Sloop Software gives you the same warranty for the program 
  32. most other programs have, which is to say none at all.
