---------------------------- Message ----------------------------
Just a note to let you know you haven't been forgotten! The diplomacy
boys and the oil well fire fighters are grabbing all the headlines now,
but you and the rest of the troops are still in our minds!
It seems from the news that the danger level has been reduced quite a
bit, and you all are doing more clean-up and keeping some form stability
than anything else. Still, your not home yet, and until then, take care
of yourself.
I also hear of fresh troops being rotated in-country. You don't hear
much of this on the news, more through the grapevine.
There are still yellow ribbons up, flags flying and coming home
celebrations going on daily back here, and it is a good bet you'll be
greeted with open arms and appreciation as well! And rightly so! The
performance of the military in the Gulf has added a new chapter to how
things are supposed to be done; professionally, swiftly, and without a
bunch of hand-wringing from the politicians.
I am a part of SaudiNet, and electronic mail service made up of
volunteer computer operators around the US and in Saudi Arabia. I would
like very much to know if my letters, as well as the letters others have
sent this way are getting to you! If so, please drop a note to me at:

Please take care of yourself, and come home soon...safe anmd sound and PROUD!
Todd
... Outstanding troops, outstanding!
