  9.        Here is a small sampling of how a 100% disabled veteran
  10. has been treated by a major automotive company.

  14.        The only response from General Motors was.  Why didn't I
  15. park the truck and have it fixed. To do this, my family and I would 
  16. have to either stop eating or stop making my house payments.

  19. General Motors should be held responsible.  I thought since we
  20. both are VETERANS, you would possibly help in this matter.
