  14.      This menu choice displays information supplied by the SysOp and can be
  15.      a variety of different types of information.  Whenever this information
  16.      has been updated, upon login, you will automatically be notified and
  17.      asked if you would like to view it.

  22.      The Bulletin menu could be considered a sub-menu of sorts, in that it
  23.      presents you with the options of reading one or more bulletins by
  24.      selecting a bulletin number, re-listing the bulletins that are
  25.      available for display, or simply returning to the Main Menu. If any
  26.      bulletins have been updated since your last logon, you will be
  27.      presented a with a listing of those bulletins by number similar to
  28.      below.

  31.      Enter bulletin # [1..699], [R]elist menu, [N]ew, [ENTER] to Quit:

  34.                Selecting this option will redisplay the bulletin menu.

  37.                This will display in numerical order, only those bulletins
  38.                that have been updated since your last call to the BBS.  If
  39.                more than one bulletin has been updated, you will be prompted
  40.                as shown below.

  44.      You can then continue reading the newly updated bulletins, or enter
  45.      [N]o to return to the Main Menu.  Depending on the system configuration,
  46.      bulletins may vary depending on which conference you are currently in.
