|The First Educational, Non-biased Survey of Sexual Activity in America!
|Please answer all questions and return to the Unlearning
|Foundation, a Non Profit Educational Foundation interested in
|raising the Collective Consciousness of the planet.
It is the preconception of this group of social scientists that
Sex plays a role in America that is akin to a religion.
In order to test this theory and to produce a MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH
the subject, the authors have composed the following sexual
survey. We would like as many as 50% of our current population
to take this survey and return to us for the greatest accuracy
possible. It is the first time in history that such an
undertaking has been attempted. Therefore, your participation
will be greatly appreciated. {It can only be done due to the
prevalence of personal computers in the workplace.}
We have made the observations that whenever there is a public
scandal related to an event of a sexual nature in the life of a
celebrity as demonstrated by the recent Anita Hill and Judge
Clarence Thomas Hearings, there this event gains more publicity
and notoreity than anything else in our society except for a
war? Clearly, there is something in the American Psyche that
makes us all highly sensitized to the subject of sex.
This survey is an attempt to learn more about the nature
of this sexual sensitization and habituation in America, its
cause and all possible effects.
In order to test as many myths about sex as possible, our
foundation, in cooperation with a highly respected University
group of social scientists, designed the following survey.
This survey can be taken by couples and single individuals from
all walks of life, from all major geographic areas and from
all adult age groups. We encourage anyone whether heterosexual
or otherwise to participate in the survey. We are especially
interested in couples living, experiencing successful
relationships as well as though who are not. We invite all
racial groups, ethnic groups, mixed or otherwise to participate.
We would like and NEED as much diversity as possible.
Therefore, we would like everyone interested in socialization to
complete the survey and return it to us.

We guarantee complete confidentiality and impartiality. No one
other than professional social scientists will see the results
of these surveys and all names will be removed from each survey
before results are tabulated.
In order to be successful we require participation by the full
spectrum of sexual relationships in America today.
We believe that the results of this survey can have a positive
impact on alleviating some of the stresses in modern society today
related to family, sex, marriage, divorce, law and related issues.
In order to encourage participation we will send, at no charge,
the completed results of the survey, which may become a book,
audio or video tape, or whatever to each respondent.

You will need to PRINT THE SURVEY ON YOUR PRINTER. If you have
an editor or word processor that allows you to BLOCK PRINT -
this would be the easiest way to accomplish this. If not, try
our print routine using the escape key. This will print
everything including this text, since we cannot include block
printing with this program.
After you have printed the survey. Please block out about a
half hour of time to complete the survey. Don't rush. Try to
answer each question as sincerely and thoughtfully as you can.
{Note that there are several questions in the survey that may
seem unrelated to the subject at hand. Please answer these as
best you can. They have to do with reliability and accuracy
issues we cannot explain here FOR REASONS OF OBJECTIVITY.}

the planet. This is our charter and our greatest

and give it to your partner to take as well. It is extemely
important that we have both survey results IF you are involved
in a relationship. If you are not, there will only be one
survey to print and return to us. Please assure your partner
