  15.            LookBook's note support provides the ability to add 
  16.       explanatory comments to your documents text.  For example a 
  17.       computer program manual can be noted with comments that explain 
  18.       how a particular function applies to a unique sitiuation.  
  19.       Another example would be a LookBook travel directory that you 
  20.       might "note" with current prices for lodging, car rentals, etc.

  25.            You may record document notes with LookBook's utility 
  26.       editor, LB_ED, or your favorite word processor/editor.  If you 
  27.       wish to use your editor, you must record the command and path 
  28.       information as part of LookBook's configuration data.  When you 
  29.       choose note recording, LookBook appends the appropriate note 
  30.       file name to your editor's command path.  When you do not 
  31.       designate an editor command, LookBook defaults to LB_ED.

  36.            LookBook expects notes and bookmarks to reside with the 
  37.       document in the document's directory.   When this is not
  38.       practical you may specify a different directory via the
  39.       configuration function.

  45.         You link notes with pages by enclosing the exact page number 
  46.    in braces "{}" (12-1, 135, In-5, etc.) and placing it near the text 
  47.    you wish to link.  When the note feature is selected, LookBook 
  48.    places the current document page's number in the "page link"  
  49.    variable for automatic search via "F5=PageLink".

  54.            To experiment with note attachment, return to the document 
  55.       and go to page 4 (make sure page 4 displays as active on line 2).
  56.       Select "F6=Note" and "R" for review to return to the Notes View.
  57.       Upon returning press the "F5=PageLink" and tap ENTER.  If the 
  58.       link is found,  the current line marker will be placed on the
  59.       "bracketed 4" below.  If the link is not found, try a reverse
  60.       search by using the up arrow key instead of the ENTER key to
  61.       launch the search.

  105.            search.  You may have to search backward for a note unless 
  106.            your search begins at the top of the file.  Try this by
  107.            pressing "F5" and the "Up Arrow" key.
