  3.     The LookBook Shareware program can be used to read documents created by 
  4. registered users.  You also may use it to create sample documents and to
  5. browse your ASCII files.  Share the program with others, but please don't 
  6. share your indexed documents without properly registering the program.  
  7.     
  8.     The registration fee of $14.95 will entitle you to use the program for 
  9. your personal documents.  If you wish to distribute your documents to 
  10. others you must pay an additional fee of $99.00 for a distribution license.  
  11. Registrants will receive the latest version of the program, LookBook's 
  12. document compression utility, and a printed manual.  Registered users also 
  13. will receive notice (and special pricing) on program upgrades and 
  14. utilities.

  17. regarding special pricing, available utilities and program enhancements.  
  18. If you wish to use an invoice or purchase order, the INVOICE.DOC file can
  19. be used to register or order the product.  You can print INVOICE.DOC from
  20. the DOS command line or from within LookBook by using "F8=Capture".
