  2.                 Written in Turbo C, this utility is very fast.
  3.                 A 45 kb file of 500 records typically converts
  4.                 in approximately 30 seconds from a hard drive.

  6.                 ULCase10 has four ASCII conversion functions.

  8.                 1. It will convert mailing list and directory
  9.                 files to proper capitalization.  All 50 State and
  10.                 10 Canadian Provence two letter abbreviations are
  11.                 included.  Registered version has user editable
  12.                 noun dictionary for capitalization exceptions.

  14.                 2. It will convert sentences to initial caps.
  15.  
  16.                 3.  It will convert files to either all upper or
  17.                 all lower case.
  18.  
  19.                 4.  It has a limited search and replace function.
